Recently, through its sponsorship of PHIT America, a national educational campaign to combat the inactivity pandemic and obesity crisis, company Founder and Chief Marketing Officer Robert J. Leary, a resident of Guilford, Conn., traveled to Washington, D.C., to participate in an intense lobbying effort in Congress. The goal was to request support for federal legislation to help this country reverse the current “inactivity pandemic.”
