SHIPPING

We here at Trimino Brands try to provide premium shipping for our premium product. We currently ship our product to street addresses within the continental United States. For orders containing 1 -2 cases, shipping is paid for by the customer. For orders of 3 cases or greater, shipping is paid for by us!

Orders are processed Monday – Friday and normally ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday afternoon through Sunday night will typically ship on Monday. We do not operate on the following observed holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the customer after the order has been processed and shipped. Please allow at least 36 hours after placing your order before reaching out to our customer service team to receive tracking information.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns of product or exchanges of product.

In the circumstance that your order was damaged in-transit to your shipping destination or in the instance you have received the inappropriate order, please reach out to our customer service representatives by using the “contact us” form at www.drinktrimino.com or email us at hello@drinktrimino.com.

REFUNDS

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges of product. If you believe there is a quality issue with the product you receive please reach out to our customer service representatives by using the “contact us” form at www.drinktrimino.com or email us at hello@drinktrimino.com. Please take a note of the “Best By Date” and lot number on the neck of the bottle. This allows us to track the specific batch you received. Each inquiry will be handle on a case by case basis.
